Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help provide general office and bookkeeping support.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Review and approve time sheets
- Assist with order processing and purchasing

Assist with travel plans / booking
-
Answer and route incoming telephone calls
-
Maintain client accounts
-
Screen and route incoming mail, including daily retrieval from the Post Office
-
Provide service dispatch by taking client calls/tickets and assigning to correct department
-
Compose and prepare correspondence, including e-mail and faxes as required
-
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
-
Organize and maintain electronic records
-
Provide assistance with Human Resources paperwork as required
-
Send sales materials to prospects
-
Receive deliveries and process outbound shipments
-
Provide assistance with Human Resources paperwork as required
- Maintain employee schedules and HR requests
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
-
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
-
Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written
-
Strong customer relationship skills
-
Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
-
Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail
-
Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets preferred
-
Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines

Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships

Willingness to develop professionally

Ability to work with independently and in a team

Reliable transportation

Some bookkeeping knowledge strongly preferred
