Get Windows in your Windows

CES, a massive consumer electronics tradeshow, always presents some neat new gadgets and doodads to ogle over, and this year was no exception. One of the biggest hits at the event this year was Samsung's Transparent Smart Window. Describing it doesn't do it justice, hit the jump to see a video of it in action!

It looks like something right out of science fiction, but is this new technology something that will catch on? While no pricing information is available yet, it's hard to tell. Like any technology, it will need to find a niche to fall into. Innovations and new technologies like these are what pave the road to more functional products. Once the technology is there and affordable enough to craft into truly functional devices things can really start to take off. Take the original Tablet PCs from many years ago - big, bulky, slow, and required a stylus. They were no more portable than a laptop and demand was extremely low. Now that technology has caught up and manufacturers can build sleek, ultra-useful tablets, a new industry is born. We want your feedback! What do you think?
